About this site

Reverse1999 Meta

This is an English-language reference for Reverse: 1999. It keeps the site's recommendations and source checks visible in the same place: a conditional tier list at / and a separately reviewed code ledger at /codes/.

What the homepage isThe homepage is a conditional editorial synthesis. A tier describes the situation in which a placement holds; it is not an official in-game tier label.
What the codes page isThe codes page keeps current and archived code leads separate, provides a downloadable CSV, and does not claim that an unredeemed code works.
Current snapshotThe homepage is labelled Global Version 3.7, effective 2026-08-13. The linked version note is the official Steam announcement used for that snapshot.
Public signatureThis site is published under the name Reverse1999 Meta; no personal name is used as the site's public byline.

Where the data comes from

The roster table records a character's latest modified version and change date only when an exact official record can be identified. The current roster rows use official Steam announcements for those verified matches; a row without a complete match stays Unconfirmed.

The code ledger follows the same rule. An official announcement, official documentation, or official help page is a first-party source. Third-party pages can be research leads, but they are not published as row citations. At the current review, no exact official code record was verified for the code leads shown on /codes/, so their Source and Source URL fields say Unconfirmed.

How the checks are recorded

Each public table row carries Source, Source URL, and Last verified. The table-level review line is dated separately so a reader can tell when the whole table was checked. The current public review date is in Asia/Shanghai.

The site does not run automatic source monitoring or live code redemption testing. A later review must change the row's source and date together when the underlying official record changes.
